We started FlexLever because we kept watching small business owners spend half their time on work that didn't require them — answering the same questions, copying data from one system to another, chasing invoices, missing calls because they were under a sink or on a roof.
AI can handle almost all of that. But the tools that exist are built for tech companies, not for an HVAC shop in Salisbury or a motel on the ocean. They're expensive, complicated, and nobody explains them in plain English.
We're based in Ocean City, MD, and we built FlexLever to fix that. We set up automation that actually fits how your business works — not how a tech startup thinks it works. We explain everything in plain English, we don't oversell, and we only recommend what we'd pay for ourselves.
