Privacy Policy

Effective date: February 18, 2026

FlexLever (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is an AI automation and digital marketing agency based in Ocean City, Maryland. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information about you when you visit our website at flexlever.com or engage with our services.

By using our website or services, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our website.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly

When you fill out a contact form, book a call, or otherwise communicate with us, we may collect:

  • Your name and the name of your business
  • Email address and phone number
  • Any information you share in the body of your message

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, we automatically collect certain technical and behavioral data, including:

  • IP address and approximate location
  • Browser type, operating system, and device information
  • Pages visited, time on site, clicks, and other usage events
  • Referring URL and search terms used to find our site

Information from advertising platforms

If you interact with our ads on Google or Facebook/Instagram, those platforms may share conversion event data with us — such as whether you submitted a form after clicking an ad. This is governed by those platforms' own privacy policies.

2. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies on our website. These include tools from the following providers:

PostHog

We use PostHog for product analytics. PostHog records session activity, page views, clicks, and other behavioral events to help us understand how visitors use our site. Data is processed in accordance with PostHog's Privacy Policy.

Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager

We use Google Analytics (via gtag.js) to measure website traffic and user behavior. Google may use this data in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking using Google's opt-out browser add-on.

Google Ads Conversion Tracking

We use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure the effectiveness of our paid search campaigns. This places a cookie on your device when you click one of our ads, allowing us to track whether you took an action on our website.

Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram)

We use the Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns and to build audiences for retargeting. Meta may use this data in accordance with Meta's Privacy Policy.

Other advertising pixels

We may in the future add tracking pixels from other advertising platforms (such as LinkedIn or TikTok). This policy will be updated to reflect any such additions. These technologies function similarly to the Meta Pixel described above.

Managing cookies

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling cookies may affect the functionality of our website. Many advertising-based tracking tools can also be managed through the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out tool.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and provide our services
  • Contact you by email, phone, or text message — including via AI-assisted communications — about our services, your inquiry, or your account
  • Send follow-up communications and, where applicable, marketing messages (you may opt out at any time)
  • Measure and improve our website and marketing performance
  • Serve and optimize advertising campaigns across Google, Facebook/Instagram, and other platforms
  • Comply with legal obligations

4. AI-Assisted Communications

FlexLever may use artificial intelligence tools to assist in drafting, sending, or responding to communications — including emails, text messages, and phone calls. If you receive a communication from us, it may have been generated or assisted by AI. We remain responsible for all communications sent on our behalf regardless of the tools used to produce them.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

  • Service providers — third-party tools and platforms that help us operate our business (e.g., email providers, form processors, CRM software, analytics platforms). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and use it only as directed by us.
  • Advertising platforms — as described in Section 2, conversion and audience data may be shared with Google and Meta to measure and optimize our advertising.
  • Legal compliance — if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of FlexLever or others.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

7. California Residents — Your CCPA Rights

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

  • The right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it
  • The right to request deletion of your personal information
  • The right to opt out of the sale of your personal information (we do not sell personal information)
  • The right to non-discrimination for exercising your rights

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at team@flexlever.com. We will respond within 45 days.

8. Children's Privacy

Our website and services are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will delete it promptly.

9. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Links to Other Websites

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their privacy policies.
